Sashastra Seema Bal 7th Bn (D-Company) Khellani incollaboration with Govt Higher Secondary School Khellani,Doda launches cleanliness drive under the banner of “Swachta Hi Sewa Hai” with “Go Green Go Clean” at Khellani Market of Doda district on saturday morning.

The drive was started with cleaning from SSB camp Khellani, Main market of Khellani to 1Km on National Highway Doda-Kishtwar. The campaign was led by Assistant Commandant SSB 7th Bn Jagdish Bhat along with Principal Govt Hr Sec School, 7 Teachers, 3 SO’s, 35 OR’s and 120 stundents participated in the campaign. The aim of this drive is to generate awarness among the public and to be a clean india. Meanwhile officers alongwith naffi amd students also carried out cleanliness drive at public places and removing the waste material and debris from the market and roads.
Talking to media, Assistant Commandant said that, it shall be endeavour of SSB and Public to maintain a clean and hygenic atmosphere on all establishments. They further pledged to continue the drive to make a better eco-friendly environment. He also appeal to the general public to make your surrounding areas neat and clean than automatically india will be clean.
Earlier, A rally was also taken out from the market to spread the message of cleanliness among the residents.
