RLC (Central) Jammu issue letter to MD CVPPL,GM Pakul Dul,GM Kiru,Gm Kwar H.E.Project, Manager AFCON and MD J.P to attend the office of RLC (Central) on 26, Feb
Kishtwar 21 Feb:- In a complaint filled by Thakur Randeep Bhandari Social Activist of Kishtwar on dated 21.01.2020 in a letter to Union Labour Minister Govt of India and Chief Labour Commissioner Office Govt.of India to look into the affairs of the Labour class who are working under different skills in CVPPL,AFCON and J.P and also over non implementation of Central Wages Act.
Taking further action in the matter on dated 29 Jan, 2020 Cheif Labour Commissioner Office Central New Delhi in a letter to RLC (C) Jammu with order No.F.N.20(39) 2017 LS (III).pt to look into the compliant filled by Thakur Randeep Bhandari of Kishtwar and reports us back.
And on dated 12 Feb 2020, with order No.50(02)/2020/RLC/JMU Regional Labour Commissioner Central Jammu in a letter to MD CVPPL Jammu,GM Pakul Dul, GM Kwar,GM Kiru,Project Manager of AFCON & MD of Jai Prakash Associates Limited New Delhi in which heading of the letter as Enforcement of Minimum Wages as Per Central Notifications and before taking any action in the matter you are directed to offer your comment in seven days and attend the office on 26.02.2020 along with all relevant records pertaining to case.
Speaking to Chenab Times, Randeep Bhandari said, “I have made a complaints for implementation of Central Wages Act and if all law were implemented in JK UT from 01 November why not Centre Wages act. I have all the records where there is total violations of Labour Law and problems which are being facing by Labour class and hope RLC (Central) Jammu will take appropriate action in this matter.”
