21st May Anti-Terrorism Day observed in Thathri
SHO Thathri along with police officials took pledge following the social distancing

Thathri, May 21: Every year 21st May is observed as anti terrorism day. The objective behind the observance of this day is to who wean away the Youth from terrorism and the cult of violence by highlighting the sufferings of common people and showing as to how it is prejudicial to the nation interest. To achieve the objective various anti terrorism programs and drive has been organised in the past.
Today SHO Thathri Inderjeet Singh also took pledge along with the Constables and SPOs of the Police Station inside station boundary.
In the pledge they said, "We the people of India having abiding faith in our country’s tradition of non-violence and tolerance hereby solemnly affirm to oppose without strength all forms of terrorism and violence. We pledge to uphold and promote peace, social harmony and understanding among all the fellow human beings and fight the forces of disruption threatening human lives and values."
Speaking to correspondent Anzer Ayoob, SHO Thathri Inderjeet Singh said, "The 21st May May Anti-Terrorism Day should not be only for 21st May. We should fight against terrorism every day to prevail the peace." #JKPolice
