The National Testing Agency has released admit card on September 26, 2020. Now the students who have already registered for medical entrance exam can get their admit card by click on the link ntaneet.nic.in.
Many students had made a plea in Supreme Court for the postponement of NEET and JEE exams by looking at the COVID19 situation. Supreme court put this decision pending at that time. Finally on August 26, 2020 Supreme Court order that all the entrance of NEET and JEE will be held on selected date and month and no more further delayed is needed. Even many political parties like CM of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee was not in favour of taking exams. But after the decision of Supreme Court the exam will be held on the fixed date. Also the JEE exam will be held on 1to 6 September of 2020. Students can download their admit card by click on the link jeemain.nta.nic.in.
A total of 15,97,433 candidates have registered to appear for the exam. Of these, the NTA claims to have given the city of first to as many as 99.87 per cent of students.
The NTA has made several advisory to the students and put force on social distancing and use of mask . Along with the admit card, the NTA will also issue ‘Important Instructions for Candidates’ as well as ‘Advisory for Candidates regarding COVID-19’ explaining them about the safety measures taken by the NTA.
