National Conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah on Monday attended the parliament for the first time after abrogation of Article 370 by BJP- led Central government on August 5, 2019.
Farooq, who represents Srinagar Lok Sabha seat was detained last year under the Public Safety Act and was released in March this year.
