Mubashir Latief, hails from Jangalwar village of Thathri sub division in Doda district (J&K), who transformed a accidental damaged Maruti Suzuki 800 into Mini Thar. He had not learnt from any expert. All he did by using YouTube. His cousin Akram helped him in this transformation.
