Bhalessa: BDC Chairperson, Sarpanches, Panches Changa angry over new DDC constituencies
It is condemnable that on 26.10.20 in the late night, the final list of jurisdictions of DDC constituencies published by election commission is not fair and as per the ground reality. For instance , the panchayats Chounri and Sinoo which were within the jurisdiction of Bhalessa in the original draft , but in the final list , these panchayats have been included in Changa constituency which have no geographical, and moral justification. These panchayats have been chosen from extreme west part of bhalessa constituency , flown over panchayats Draie,Kharangal, Bhargi, Kandolu, Gandoh, Ghill, Trithloo, Dhariveri A and Dhariveri B and included in Changa contituency for merely petty interests. It is pertinent to mention that no one from panchayat Chounri and Sinoo had filed objection to get these panchayats included in Changa constituency. Public wants to know that on what basis (if any objection filed), the panchayats have been irregularly broken and made EAST CHAGA and WEST CHANGA. This cheating and cleverness is highly condemned by Chairperson Block Development Council Bhalessa Sh. Mohd Hanif and BDC Changa Abass Rathersarpanch Halqa Panchayat Kharangal alongwith the public of Jatota. The public has expressed the anguish and brought into the notice of election commission of jammu and kashmir UT that if the necessary rectification is not made , the public shall be forced to come on roads against this undemocratic deed.
