Indian Achievers’ Award, an award recognising achievements

The Indian Achievers’ Award is an award by the Indian Achievers Forum recognising achievements since 2000 in India. This forum is recognised by Govt of India which promotes achievements.

What Indian Achievers’ Forum says

Circumstances, a lack of resources, and setbacks are not obstacles for some people in society. These people have a strong sense of self-discipline and commitment. Regardless of the odds, these champions polish their lives in their field of interest to the point where they stand out in society. These individuals, having reached great heights in their respective fields, require encouragement, which is why the Achievers’ World Excellence Awards were created, according to IAF. Nominations can be submitted by anyone who has a track record of such trailblazing efforts in any field, including Corporate, Sports, Science, Technology, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Social Service, Courageous Acts, Arts & Culture, Entertainment, Tourism, Healthcare, Education, CSR, Media, Community Development, Job Creation, and so on – that makes the work exceptional – beyond the statutory requirements.

According to the official website of the IAF, they bring together individuals, entrepreneurs, businessmen, educators, activists, professionals, and others on a common platform and honour them for their outstanding achievements with Achievers’ Awards in various categories. The winners and their stories are featured in the Achievers’ World magazine, which is distributed to a wide range of readers across India and abroad. For over a decade and a half, the publication has been at the forefront of the cause.

Aside from that, they are concerned about the Indian community living abroad. One of the major goals of Achievers’ World, which was born out of that concern, is to promote and encourage NRIs who have left their mark on the sands of achievement by doing some exceptional work for the betterment, growth, and development of the Indian diaspora in any country around the world. Some of the finest names in that NRI league are Amartya Sen, Amitav Ghosh, Deepak Chopra, Gurinder Chadha, Hinduja Brothers, Laxmi Mittal, Mira Nair, Rohinton Mistry, Sabeer Bhatia, Salman Rushdie, Sam Pitroda, Lord Swaraj Paul, Vinod Khosla, Satya Nadella, Zubin Mehta, Indra Nooyi, Lakshmi Mittal, Salman Rushdie and Kalpana Chawla.

One may have a desire to mingle with some of the biggest names in politics, entertainment, sports, bureaucracy, education, science, and other fields, but making that desire a reality may seem a long way off for many. Some may wait for a miracle to occur in their lives, while others, eager to make hay while the sun shines, come and merge with the most recent trends to share a platform with the who’s who of various domains. The emergence of Achievers’ World has set its foot with the goal of bringing people from various fields together and providing them with a common platform for sharing knowledge, experiences, ideas, thoughts & views, and networking. When that platform is provided, the participants are also given the opportunity to share their experiences and give presentations about their respective domains, resulting in a massive promotional platform. Apart from promotion, the awards forum provides a solid foundation for establishing a base and reputation for a brand or organisation. Some of the selected award winners are featured in the Achievers’ Award publication, and vice versa.
