Senior Congress leader and former chief minister of erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir State, Ghulam Nabi Azad on Friday reached Jammu on three day visit.
According to KNO, Azad, a veteran politician who recently completed his tenure as Rajya Sabha member, reached Jammu Airport on Friday afternoon where hundreds of Congress leaders and workers gave him an arousing reception amid drum beats.
“He is on a three days visit and will chair many public events,” a senior party leader said.
Azad is expected to chair a party meeting in Jammu also.
