Late Saturday night, a mysterious explosion occurred outside the house of a Sarpanch in Androlla village panchayat of Rajouri district, prompting police to launch an investigation.
Officials told that an explosion occurred in the night between Saturday and Sunday, and that splinters caused minor damage to a traditional chullah and a motorcycle.
According to witnesses, police arrived on the scene shortly after the incident and began an investigation.
The explosion took place along the Jammu-Rajouri-Poonch national highway.
