Sgct Pawan Singh of the Traffic Police City Jammu, who is stationed in Old City Jammu, handed over a lost Samsung phone to its rightful owner.
Sources from Traffic Police told The Chenab Times, Traffic Cop Sgct Pawan Singh found a cellphone at Vigilance Rotary and informed DTI Old City Jammu, Inspr Rakesh Kumar.
After verification, Sgct Pawan Singh handed the phone over to its owner, Sh Nirmal Kumar S/o Sh Pritam Chand R/o Kot Balwal Jammu.
Dr Koshal Kumar Sharma JKPS, SSP Traffic Police City Jammu, stated, “Traffic Official Sgct Pawan Singh will be rewarded for his act of honesty and responsibility.”
The owner expressed his gratitude to the Traffic Police Jammu to be able to get his phone back.
