A degree college was on today renamed after a local police officer inspector Altaf Ahmad dar in district kulgam .
Today in funication at Degree College kilam ,DC kulgam Dr Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat, ,SSP kulgam Dr G V Snadeep & other police , civil & college employees present on occasion
Official sources said that the Government Degree College kilam was on today renamed after inspector Altaf Ahmad Bhat , who was killed during an anti-militancy operation in Bandipora on Wednesday 07 October, 2015.
“ The name change was done during a function that was attended by the family members of dars besides senior officials of civil and security forces.”
