In an another development, Jammu and Kashmir Police have arrested a person for illegally selling narcotics drugs in Kahara area of Chenab valley’s Doda district.
On specific information Police party of PS Gandoh and Police Post Kahara arrested one person namely Abdul Quyoom Zargar S/o Lassa Zarger R/o Shamdallien tehsil Kahara who illegally Sells Narcotic drugs in the area of Shamdallien to youths.
The said person carring Narcotic drug with him illegally for selling purpose and on its way from Shamdallien towards Malanoo Kahara.
On this information from sources above mentioned police party rushed to malanoo when reached at malanoo morh apprehended the said person and recovered 01 kg and 100 gram Narcotic drug Cannabis (Charas) from his possession.
Arrest and recovery made by SHO P/S Gandoh Insp Vikram Singh, IC PP Kahra SI Abdul Salam under the overall supervision of SSP Doda Sh Mumtaz Ahmed, ASP Bhaderwah Sh Abdul Qayoom and SDPO Gandoh Shahzada Kabir Matoo under operation Sanjivani.
