This message is fake and there is no recharge after completing the steps. This website is made up of the usual script which generates traffic for that particular fake website. The user never gets any benefit from this, but it gives you useless notifications and advertisements on your browser.
The above image shows the final step of the viral message’s website, and it is lagging there asking you to share that on WhatsApp to complete the step and get recharged. But this is a fake.
