In a sad and shocking incident, father of bollywood actor Shaheer Sheikh passes away today after brief illness. As per The Chenab Times correspondent who also attended the funeral in Bhaderwah, the funeral of Shaheer’s father Shahnawaz Sheikh held at 8pm on Wednesday.
It is pertinent to mention that in the last two weeks, Shahnawaz’s two brothers, Haq Nawaz Sheikh and Imtiaz Ahmed Sheikh, died on January 3rd and January 4th, this year, respectively.
In the morning, Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi actor Shaheer Sheikh took to Instagram to request his fans to pray for his father, who was critical due to a COVID-19 infection. Shaheer took to his Twitter account and informed his fans that his father had contracted the coronavirus and was hospitalised.
He further shared that his father’s condition is critical and is on ventilator. He urged his fans to keep his father in their prayers.
He wrote, “My dad is on a ventilator, suffering from a severe covid infection… pls keep him in your prayers.”
The Chenab Times confirmed the death of Shaheer’s father.
