In a one-page letter, {National} Archivist David Ferriero on Tuesday mentioned the company will present the congressional panel with “Vice Presidential data” that Trump is in search of to defend as privileged paperwork.
Ferriero mentioned the data might be delivered on March 3 until a courtroom intervenes.
When requested for remark Wednesday, Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., the chairman of the Jan. 6 committee, mentioned he had not seen the Archives letter.
