Jammu And Kashmir police has arrested Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) associate from Narwal area of Jammu.
News agency KNO reported that one grenade was recovered from the possession of the arrested person.
The arrest was made in the area that holds NIA HQ, railway station, wave mall, and a key army installation.
An FIR has been registered at Trikuta Nagar police station U/S 18, 20, 23 ULAPA, 4/5 Explosive act.
The arrested person has been identified as Shakir Ahmad Naikoo, a native of Zainpora area of Shopian district of south Kashmir.
