An encounter broke out between forces and militants in central Kashmir’s Srinagar on Sunday morning, police said.
According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), police in a tweet informed that the gunfight has started in Srinagar this morning, saying that the police and CRPF are on the job.
“#Encounter has started in #Srinagar. Police and CRPF on job. Further details shall follow. @JmuKmrPolice,” Kashmir Zone Police tweeted.
