Prof. Bhim Singh, who was the founder of Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party passes away at Bakshi Nagar Hospital Jammu at the age of 81.
Singh is survived by his wife and son. The latter lives in London.
He was unwell for more than a year and passed away at a hospital in Jammu.
