The President Jamia Masjid Committee Thathri, Abdul Majid Butt, has released a statement condemning the recent attack on Dhangri village in Rajouri district. The attack left six people dead, including two minors, and numerous others injured after two unidentified men fired upon three residential houses on Sunday and a blast occurred on Monday in the same village.
Mr. Butt described the attack as an act of cowardice and extended his condolences to the families of the victims. He also called on the LG’s administration to intervene and investigate the incident.
“This is a senseless and inhumane act that has caused great pain and suffering to the families involved,” Mr. Butt told The Chenab Times. “We stand with the people of Dhangri and offer our support and prayers during this difficult time.”
The President Jamia Masjid Committee Thathri of Jammu and Kashmir’s Doda district emphasized the importance of peace and harmony in the community, and urged all parties to work together to bring an end to such violent acts. He also called on authorities to take necessary steps to ensure the safety and security of all citizens.
“We must stand united against such acts of violence and work towards a more peaceful and harmonious society,” Mr. Butt said. “We urge the LG’s administration to take swift action and bring those responsible for this attack to justice.”
The Dhangri Rajouri incident has shaken the community and left many residents in fear for their safety. The President Jamia Masjid Committee Thathri’s statement serves as a strong condemnation of the attack and a call for action to prevent such tragedies from occurring in the future.
