The Divinely Ordained Glorious Quran

The divinely ordained glorious Quran is diametrically a disclosed book of righteousness and an epitome of incorruptibility. The Quran is the word of Allah revealed upon the final messenger (peace be upon him), Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ. The entire Quran was revealed to the Holy Prophet Saw over a period of approximately twenty-three years.

The glorious Quran is the compilation of 114 surahs and 6,236 verses, with the number of letters in the Quran accounting for 323,671, according to the opinion of Ibn Abbas.

Holy Quran and the contemporary Muslims

According to Surah Ar-Rahman, the 55th chapter of the Quran, consisting of 78 verses. The mesmerizing verse number 14 [خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ مِن صَلْصَـٰلٍۢ كَٱلْفَخَّارِ] states that he has created man from dry ringing clay, like potters. This verse radically emboldened me to fathom the process of manufacturing the body of Hazrat Adam by the most merciful and benevolent Allah. The word “insaan” refers unequivocally to Adam. The word “salsal” (clay) indicates the drenched soil when it is proselytized to dry and heavy. The word “fakhar” states the drenched soil when it is baked.

Apart from the above-mentioned verse, according to Surah Al-Insan, verse number 2, [إِنَّا خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ مِن نُّطْفَةٍ أَمْشَاجٍۢ نَّبْتَلِيهِ فَجَعَلْنَـٰهُ سَمِيعًۢا بَصِيرًا], “Indeed, we created man from a sperm drop mixture that we may try him; we made him hearing and seeing.” The rationale behind these verses is inextricably intertwined with the rationalization so people could fathom the concept of creation by Allah. This Quranic logic about the creation of human beings has thoroughly mesmerized scientists across the globe. Allah has profusely elaborated the concept of the creation of mankind with a syllabus of the same.

Whenever a thing is invented, it is based on a precise purpose; similarly, when Allah created mankind, it had also a purpose on this planet, which is absolutely absent from the brain storage nowadays. The profound rationale entirely accountable for this detrimental downswing is radically reflected through the following cognizance.

Islamization vs. Westernization

The rapid penetration of Westernization has profusely and diametrically morphed the world with a vision of digitally groomed ambiances. The students of Muslim countries are abundantly being emboldened with the concept of modern education, which is highly remarkable. The students in Western societies have great access to the highly equipped digitally groomed driven world. The Western universities, offering commodious space for students to have great access to modern education, accelerate the pace of ingenuity. However, access to Western prestigious institutions hampers Islamic culture and its education, as there is no access to Islamic education in Western educational institutions.

In the light of the above-mentioned deplorably fragile condition, robust Islamic enthusiasm in Western educational institutions is contritely anguished. The divinely ordained syllabus, as the identification of Muslims from the glorious Quran, is completely being stripped off from the thought process of students. The acceleration of Muslim students’ apathy, swelled to a staggering condition, has partly painted the image of Westernization over Islamization.

The contemporary version of students in Islamic countries is radically opposite to the Islam that used to blossom without being imperiled under an unassailable reign of impassioned Islamic scholars and the people along with them. The contemporary crumbled image of Islam is inextricably intertwined with Western culture, which has ruthlessly eroded the spirit of emboldened bulging veins of Muslim students.

The diametrically proselytized penchant of Muslims towards Westernization is perpetually casting a murky shadow upon the enthralling picture of Islam. The way Western civilization is transcending Islamic structured societies is disproportionately opposite to the deterrence of Muslims to Western culture. The rapid penetration of Westernization further compounds the grim portraying of Islamization of Muslims with the swelling of Western ambiances, which hold commodious space for Muslims to be robustly trapped into it. Muslim students seem to be abundantly intoxicated by Western culture, due to which they are not in a position to embrace resilience.

Decline of Muslim Scholarship

The contemporary period portrays a nebulous image of Muslim scholarship across the globe, even though there used to be an Islamic golden age of scholars who had radically occupied veneration, felicitations, mental ingenuity, adroitness, excellence in different fields. To cite some examples: Al-Razi (865-925), Ibn Sina (980-1037), Al-Farabi (872-950), Ibn Khaldun (1332-1406), Al-Ghazali (1058-1111), Ibn Taymiyyah (1263-1328), Ibn Kathir (1301-1373), Al-Tabari (839-923), Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya (1293-1350). Contrary to it stands the contemporary Islamic version because the brainpower of students is thoroughly and profusely confiscated by the Western scornful, maliciously delineated unscrupulous musical instruments that diametrically surpass the listening to Quranic recitations. If it had not happened, then the part of the brain profusely intoxicated by Western music would have been radically and robustly occupied through the Quranic melodious verses, due to which a firm hold of Muslims upon the scholarly world could have flourished.

Islamic Brotherhood in Jeopardy

The contemporary unification of Muslims seems to be in absolute jeopardy. According to the Quran, verse number 3:103, “And hold fast by the covenant of Allah all together and remember the favor of Allah on you when you were enemies; then He united your hearts so by His favor, you become brethren, and you were on the brink of the pit of fire.” Islam has always buttressed the roots of a unified brotherhood and emboldened it not to be crumbled. Amidst the impediments, perplexions, apartheid, fascism, racism, sectarianism, and intolerance, we must be in the jubilations of centrally unified Islamic brotherhood.

Believers are Brothers in Faith

“The Believers are but brethren; therefore, make peace between your brethren and be careful of your duty to Allah that mercy may be had on you” (Quran 49:10).

Allah Himself United Us Brethren

“And hold fast by the covenant of Allah all together and be not disunited and remember the favor of Allah on you when you were enemies” (Quran 3:103).

Our Religion is One Religion

“Indeed, this, your religion (ummah), is one religion (ummah), and I am your lord, so worship Me” (Quran 21:92).

Lessons from Surah Al-Rahman

1. The Merciful 2. Who taught the Quran 3. He created man 4. And taught him speech 5. The sun and the moon move according to a fixed reckoning 10. He had laid down the earth for His creatures 11. On it are fruits and palm trees with sheathed clusters 12. And grains with their husk and fragrant plants 13. Which of the Lord’s wonders would you deny? The world’s best classroom that Allah has designed for believers, and the teacher of this classroom is Allah. The syllabus of this classroom is inseparable from the glorious Quran revealed to us through the cognizance associated with the verses.

The divinely ordained glorious Quran was revealed as guidance for the entire humanity without any distinction. The glorious Quran speaks profusely about righteousness, cordially emphasized relationships, belief in one God, and the acknowledgment of His Prophets. The Quran also speaks about the natural resources that sustain life on the planet. The Quran acts as guidance for those who want to be on the straight path. The Quran speaks about the process of consolation during catastrophes, challenging situations, deterrence to corruption. It also speaks about abstention from speaking falsehoods, spreading corruption, dictatorial tendencies, and self-restraint from detrimental indulgences. This is what the divinely ordained glorious Quran says, and according to it, it has to be fathomed to turn into a prosperous humanity.
