In a commendable effort to promote sports and youth engagement in Zainakote, Mohammad Sahil Masoodi, a socio-political activist known for his community-oriented initiatives, has taken significant steps to enhance the local cricket infrastructure.
In collaboration with Mr. Tahir Ramzan Wagay, Vice President of the Cricket Association Zainakote, Mr. Masoodi has provided a professional-grade cricket mat to the Zainakote ground. This contribution aims to improve the playing conditions, allowing young cricket enthusiasts to hone their skills in a more professional and competitive environment.
As part of his continued support for youth sports, Mr. Masoodi has also donated cricket uniforms to two prominent local teams: Team Khushipora Cricket Club, recent winners of the Zainakote Champions Cup, and Team Zainakote, the home team of the area.
