SRINAGAR: A 61-year-old man died in Srinagar on Monday after being struck by a vehicle in the Parimpora area. The incident occurred on Monday morning, leading to the immediate death of the victim.
Information was available with The Chenab Times that the victim was rushed to a nearby hospital following the accident. Medical professionals at the facility pronounced him dead upon arrival. The deceased has been identified as Nasrullah Jan Banday, son of Mohammad Hassan Banday, a resident of Hyderpora’s Ibrahim Colony.
Following the incident, the local police registered a case and commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fatal accident.
