The police have formed six teams to apprehend the accused and are conducting a manhunt in the surrounding areas. Some suspects have reportedly been taken into custody for questioning.
The brother of one of the victims, Sanjay Saini, recounted that the accused allegedly left the scene after the initial argument and returned with weapons. He mentioned that Jeetu Saini, son of Subhash Halwai, was celebrating his birthday and had invited guests. The argument ensued after the deceased purportedly put cake on Jeetu’s face. Sanjay Saini stated that he had received a call about his brother abusing, and he intended to address the matter in the morning due to a prior commitment to attend a wedding.
Police officials arrived at the scene following the information about the shooting. The injured individuals were transported to a local hospital, where they were declared dead. Post-mortem examinations are being conducted on the bodies.
