A 32-year-old man from Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, sustained severe fractures to both legs after attempting a dangerous stunt by jumping into a dam for a social media reel. The incident occurred on Sunday evening at the Pahuj Dam area, where the man, identified as Pushpendra Kumar Manouria, was reportedly with friends who were filming the act.
Information was available with The Chenab Times that Pushpendra Manouria climbed over a safety railing at a viewpoint before leaping into the water. Footage of the stunt, shared online, shows one of his companions making a grim remark about his soul prior to the jump.
