Traffic cop among 2 persons test Covid positive during RAT sampling in Thathri market

Two persons including a traffic cop tested positive for Covid-19 during a random Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) sampling near J&K Bank and Main Chowk respectively in Thathri area of Doda district on Tuesday.

An official told Chenab Times that a random rapid antigen test drive was conducted in Thathri town, where two persons including a traffic cop tested positive among 65 persons.

Block medical officer Thathri, Dr Ganshyam said that as per the prevailing situation they conducted a random sampling in the market as per the directions of SDM Thathri.

“We request the public to follow SOPs and don’t come out of homes without having any urgency,” he said.
