To commemorate the 75th year of Independence, on the theme of Azadi ka Amrut Mahatsova, the Department of FCS & CA Ramban organised a grand function in the Conference Hall of the District Administrative Complex Ramban. Deputy Commissioner Ramban Mussarat Islam was the chief guest on the occasion. ADC Ramban Harbans Lal Sharma was the guest of honour. The conference was also attended by PRIs, beneficiaries, and officials from the department.
After a brief introduction about the schemes of the department, Shohab Latief, after a brief introduction about the schemes of the department, apprised the gathering about the achievements of the department, particularly in PMGKAY, of 100% Aadhar Seeding and de-Duplication, Implementation of Supply Chain Management, and 100% ePOS Distribution of Ration. The Deputy Commissioner lauded and appreciated the efforts of the Department of FCS and CA Ramban in bringing transparency and accountability to the public distribution system. On the occasion, Certificates of Appreciation were handed over to the deserving officials. The programme ended with a vote of thanks from AD FCS & CA Ramban.
