In a written statement , the sarpanch of Loga Behota Panchayat of Tehsil Marmat Ghulam Hassan Wani has alleged that a person (Teacher) ,namely Ajaz Hussain S/o Ghulam Mahidin who belongs to Behota village of Tehsil Marmat has illegally occupied a piece of land which is about 500 metres away from District headquarter Doda in khasra Number 934 and the land is under government record. He is constructing house in khasra Number 934 which is a government land . In this connection , a complaint was recorded in the office of Tehsildar Doda & ACR Doda but no action has been taken till date . He has requested to Deputy Commissioner Doda , Diafode Sagar to inititate an enquiry in this matter and constitute a team led by an honest officer so that any type of illegal construction on land be dismantled. He said , if action is not taken against him , many others will also do unlawful and illegal acts and occupy land illegaly
