Chairperson, Block Development Council, Gundna, Sarshad Natnoo strongly opposes the bifurcation proposal for District Development Council circulated earlier by Deputy Commissioner Doda Dr. Sagar D. Doifode (IAS) and sought the objections from the general public.
On persual of the said bifurcation proposal it has been observed that panchayat’s have been shown clubbed are not properly adjusted in a territorial constituency as there are number of doubts raised as the same have been adjusted to provide benefit to a particular party as well as particular class.
Natnoo further observed that before circulating the readymade proposal deliberations were needed to be arranged in day light and the public was required too to aware about the guidelines for establishment of constituencies.
