Taking strict cognizance of the violatons of in place Model Code of Conductc ,the Nodal Officer Model Code of Conduct Doda Sh. Surat Singh (ADDC Doda) has placed one more government employee of forest department of forest division Doda under suspension for the violation of election model code of conduct (MCC).
The order issued by Nodal Officer (MCC) reads that the one Rehbar-e- Janglat employee of forest Division Doda has been found involved in MCC violation and has been placed under suspension with immediate effect and Programme Officer ICDS Doda has been directed to make a detailed inquiry into the matter and to submit report within weeks time. During the period of suspension he shall remain attached in the office of Tehsildar Doda.
Further the District Panchayat Election Officer Doda has warned all the Government employees not to get involved in MCC violation and behave as responsible government machinery to make the conduct of DDC Elections and bye Elections of Sarpanchs/ panches and ULBs smooth, free and fair and to avoid disciplinary action against erring employee.
