The Deputy Commissioner Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode took swift action against the insensitive official during his tour to Kahara yesterday, and extended helping hand to a Specially abled person namely Manohar Lal resident of Halaran Kahara by providing him a wheelchair.
It has given out that during the tour of the DC Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode to the area yesterday in connection with the ongoing DDC eletions,the aforementioned person was found crawling by the DC Doda.
The DC enquired about the matter and immediately passed on the directions to the concerned to take stern action against the official for showing non seriousness towards his duty and immediately passed on the directions to the social welfare department to ensure that wheel chair shall be provided at his doorstep without any fail.
Following the instructions of the DC,the officials of the Social welfare department provided the wheelchair to the Specially abled person today at his doorstep.
The person extended gratitude to the district administration especially Deputy Commissioner Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode for working tirelessly for the well-being of the specially abled Person’s and for ensuring the commitment in such a short span of time.
