Phase II 

98 Polling Stations in both Kastigarh and Bhagwah Constituencies for DDC Elections 2020 on 01-12-2020.

Bhagwah have 6 DDC Candidates and Kastigarh also have 6 candidates for DDC Polls.

Phase II Election for Bhagwah and Kastigarh DDC Constituencies and vaccant Panchayat seats concluded successfully

Overall 64.8% votes Polled in phase II for DDC Constituencies

The Phase II Elections for two DDC Constituencies namely Bhagwah and Kastigarh and for vacant panchayat seats held successfully under the supervision of DPEO Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode.

A total of 98 polling stations were identified in the aforementioned DDC Constituencies for the smooth conduct of elections, and all the necessary security and logistic arrangements were assured by the District Election Authority Doda.

The polling started in all the identified polling stations sharp 7 am in the morning and long ques were witnessed at each polling station.

 

It has been given out that in DDC constituency Bhagwah total 11029 votes are Polled taking to the percentage upto 63.12%, besides in Kastigarh constituency total 11666 votes are polled at a Percentage of 66.46%,adding to this the total percentage for Phase-II reached to 64.8%.

 

Similarly against the vaccant contested seats of Sarpanches in Phase-II 76.84% votes were polled,besides for the contested vacant panch seats 84.3% votes were recorded.

 

It is pertinent to mention here that the DPEO Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode accompanied by SSP Doda Mumtaz Ahmed today visited several far flung polling stations of Kastigarh and Bhagwah and assured smooth conduct of elections.

 

The people from all walks of life appreciated the district administration for making elaborate arrangements to ensure free and fair Elections.

 

Among others accompanied the DDC during the visit are ASP Doda,Dy SP HQ Doda, Tehsildar Doda, Tehsildar Headquarter, Besides respective Tehsildars of Kastigarh and Bhagwah.

Phase III Election for Bhaderwah East and Bhaderwah West DDC Constituencies and vaccant ULB seat concluded successfully

Overall 59.51% votes Polled in phase III for DDC Constituencies

The Phase III Elections for two DDC Constituencies namely Bhaderwah East & Bhaderwah West and for vacant ULB seat held successfully under the overall supervision of DPEO Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode.

A total of 90 polling stations were identified in the aforementioned DDC Constituencies for the smooth conduct of elections, and all the necessary security and logistic arrangements were assured by the District Election Authority Doda.

The polling started in all the identified polling stations sharp 7 am in the morning and long ques of voters including men,women,senior citizens,first time voters were witnessed at each polling station.

It has been given out that in DDC constituency Bhaderwah East total 11445 votes are Polled taking to the percentage upto 61.96%, besides in Bhaderwah West constituency total 8691 at a Percentage of 56.55%,adding to this the total percentage for Phase-III reached to 59.51%.

Similarly against the vaccant contested seat of ULB in phase-iii 77.43% votes were recorded.

It is pertinent to mention here that earlier in the morning the DPEO Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode today inspected various polling stations and assured smooth Conduct of the elections besides reviewed the implementation of other necessary guidelines at the polling stations.

Other’s accompanied the DDC were SSP Doda, SP Operations, ASP Bhaderwah, Tehsildar HQA besides other concerned officials.

The Phase-V Elections for DDC Constituencies Gundna, Kahara, Thathri and for vacant panchayat seats held successfully under the overall supervision of DPEO Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode.

A total of 149 polling stations were identified in the aforementioned 3 DDC Constituencies for the smooth conduct of elections, and all the necessary security and logistic arrangements were assured by the District Election Authority Doda.

The polling started in all the identified polling stations sharp 7 am in the morning and long ques were witnessed at each polling station which includes senior citizens, women’s,youth and first time voters etc.

It has been given out that in DDC constituency Gundna total 14470 votes are Polled taking to the percentage upto 78.14%,in Kahara DDC Constituency 14269 votes are polled at a percentage of 70.83%, besides in Thathri Constituency total 11627 votes are polled with percentage of 63.78%,taking to the overall percentage of the entire phase upto 70.95% which is the second highest percentage till now in all the 5 phases for which the election have been successfully conducted.

Similarly against the vaccant contested seats of Sarpanch in Phase-V 73.12% votes were polled, besides for the contested vacant panch seats 90.83% votes were recorded.

91 Polling Parties dispatched for Phase-VI DDC polling

A total of 91 polling parties were dispatched today from Sports Stadium Doda to the designated polling stations to conduct polling for DDC constituency Ghat, Chiralla and vacant seats of Sarpanchs and Panchs tomorrow on 13th December under Phase 6.

A total of three candidates are in fray for Ghat DDC Constituency and Four candidates are trying their luck at Chiralla District Development Council seat,which is going to the poll tomorrow- for the phase 6th of the ongoing eight phase DDC elections and Panchyat bye-polls.

The polling staff with poll material left amid tight security to aforementioned DDC constituencies under the overall supervision of District Panchayat Election Officer, Dr. Sagar D Doifode.

Adequate security personnel of Jammu and Kashmir Police and central paramilitary forces accompanied the polling parties.

As per the election authorities 58 Polling stations have been established for 25446 voters in DDC Constituency Ghat and 33 polling stations for 16189 voters in Chiralla DDC constituency.

Among others present alongwith DPEO Doda were ACD Doda, RO’s and ARO’s, BDOs of concerned Blocks, Dy SP Headquarters, besides other officials.

The Phase-6 Elections for DDC Constituencies Ghat,Chiralla and for vacant panchayat seats held successfully under the overall supervision of DPEO Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode.

A total of 91 polling stations were identified in the aforementioned 2 DDC Constituencies for the smooth conduct of elections, and all the necessary security and logistic arrangements were assured by the District Election Authority Doda.

The polling started in all the identified polling stations sharp 7 am in the morning and long ques were witnessed at each polling station which includes senior citizens, women’s,youth and first time voters etc.

It has been given out that in DDC constituency Ghat total 18802 votes are Polled taking to the percentage upto 73.89%,, besides in Chiralla Constituency total 7400 votes are polled with percentage of 45.71%,taking to the overall percentage of the entire phase upto 62.93%.

Similarly against the vaccant contested seats of Sarpanch in Phase-6, 69.58% votes were polled, besides for the contested vacant panch seats 92.27% votes were recorded.

A total of 53 polling stations were identified in the aforementioned DDC Constituency for the smooth conduct of elections, and all the necessary security and logistic arrangements were assured by the District Election Authority Doda.

The polling started in all the identified polling stations sharp 7 am in the morning and long ques were witnessed at each polling station which includes senior citizens, females,youth and first time voters.

It has been given out that in DDC constituency Bhalla total 12395 votes are Polled taking to the overall percentage upto 58.81%.

Moreover against the vaccant contested seat of Sarpanch in Phase-7, 71.73% votes were polled, besides for the contested vacant panch seat 78.38% votes were recorded.
