Refer to the notice communication number DSD/Sch./2020-21/2340-43 dated 19-02-2021 addressed to the Director Social Welfare Department Jammu and copy thereof to all the Tehsil Social Welfare Officers in Doda district regarding the details of the dates for organising the assessment camps for Aid and appliances for PwDs in the district Doda as per the address venue. In this regard, worthy Director Social Welfare Jammu is pleased to organise the camp and vide endorsement no. DSWJ/Sch./2109/21 dated 15-03-2021 has published the dates for organising the assessment camps for free distribution of Aid and appliances to divyangjans (disabled persons) under ADIP scheme with the direction to conduct the camp with collaboration of the NGOs who are working for the Welfare of specially abled person.
Formalities

- Income proof by Sarpanch/lumberdar/Chowkidar (15000 annually)
- Disability certificate
Assessment Camp for free distribution of Aids and Appliances to Divyangjans (PwDs) under ADIP Scheme of Govt. of India in Doda district. The person who will be assessed in this camp will get the free appliances and aid in Distribution camp whose date will be announced later directly or informed through phone call.
