The Chairperson, Block Development Council, Gundna, Sarshad Natnoo, today urged the LG Administration as well as the District Administration to bring in the Dal Draman Tourism Map as soon as possible. While speaking to the media, Natnoo said that Dal Draman is a well-known tourist centre, yet its potential is unexplored. To date, the government has made no efforts to promote this location, which is known for its serenity and beauty.
Natnoo said that Neither this place has received any recognition from the government or any other agency as a tourist destination nor has made any concrete effort to bring this place on map.
Natnoo urged the LG Administration and the District Administration to take proactive steps to promote Dal Draman as a tourist destination and to place it on the UT tourism map.
Natnoo further appealed to Deputy Commissioner Doda to instruct CEO BDA to visit Dal Draman, Gundna personally and take necessary measures at the earliest so that the general public of the whole district may enjoy the beauty of this tourist spot.
