On Sunday, the government extended the closure of all educational institutions in Jammu and Kashmir until July 15.
All schools, private coaching institutes, and higher educational institutes will remain closed for in-person education until July 15, according to State Executive Committee orders, a copy of which is with the news agency—Kashmir News Observer.
According to the government order, “all universities, colleges, technical and skill development institutions in Jammu and Kashmir shall remain closed to in-person and on-campus students until July 15, 2021.”
The government also stated that courses or programmes that require students to be physically present due to laboratory, research, thesis, or internship work have been exempted.
The SEC also stated that the instruction would be continued online.
