Four flying objects, believed to be drones, were spotted in Samba district on Sunday, according to police.
The drones were spotted by men in uniform in the Bari Brahmana police station, according to a police official.
According to him, the police did not open fire because the drones were out of range. Army personnel stationed in the 92 Infantry Brigade, on the other hand, were informed.
Four “flying objects with red lights” were spotted, according to SSP Samba Rajesh Sharma, and they are suspected to be drones.
Security forces, he said, are already on high alert.
