Users from India, Brazil, Uruguay, Bangladesh, Argentina, Chile, the United States, and the United Kingdom have reported problems with social media sites, according to the The Chenab Times. The sites went down at 09:10 p.m. IST, prompting a barrage of funny memes and jokes on Twitter.
