Well, the year 2022 became one of the most interesting years when everyone came to know that the biggest deal in the digital world was going to be for Twitter, a social media giant and micro-blogging website. How Musk is trolling Twitter by asking for the bot info is the latest news, but many people still believe in a calculation which says if Musk could donate $44 billion to 8 billion people (a total world population), then every individual will get $5 billion, or some say they will get $1 billion. Well, we will calculate the amount on The Chenab Times in this article, but before that, let’s have a look at some of the tweets claiming the same.
The question that is raised by most of the users is if Musk donates to charity instead of the Twitter deal. But Musk donates a huge amount every year, and he has donated $150 million to charities in 2021, according to Vox’s Recode.
Calculating $44 billion to 8 billion people, Let’s see how much each individual get?
If $44 billion will be donated to 8 billion people, then every individual will be $5.5 dollar only. If we calculate it with Indian rupees, if Musk donates all his $44 billion to 8 billion people across the globe, then each individual will get around 437 rupees only.
Elon Musk’s Remarkable Response To Twitter’s Threat Of Legal Action
Elon Musk today slammed the leadership of the microblogging website in his trademark fashion, two days after he pulled out of the $44 billion purchase of Twitter.
After the Twitter board vowed to take legal action to enforce the merger deal, the CEO of Tesla Inc. published a meme from his official account as the countdown to a major legal battle began. According to Musk’s lawyers, Twitter ignored many requests for details about fake or spam accounts using the platform.
Mr Musk today shared a grid — the first column had laughing images of him, and the second column had his remarks on the Twitter deal.
The first remark read, “They said I couldn’t buy Twitter”. The next grid added, “Then, they wouldn’t disclose Bot information.”
This was followed by a reference to the legal action threat by the Twitter board: “Now, they want to force me to buy Twitter in court.”
The last grid, which features of photo of Mr Musk laughing out loud, reads, “Now, they have to disclose bot info in court.”
Since Musk revealed his intention to take over Twitter, one of his main demands has been for data on bots or fake accounts.
As stated in a statement from his team, “Mr. Musk is dissolving the Merger Agreement because Twitter is materially in violation of multiple articles of that Agreement,”
The statement continued, “In short, Twitter has not provided information that Musk has requested for nearly two months notwithstanding his repeated, detailed clarifications intended to simplify Twitter’s identification, collection, and disclosure of the most relevant information sought in Musk’s original requests.
Bret Taylo, the chairman of Twitter Board, has said that the board will file a lawsuit to enforce the merger deal. After Musk backed out of the deal, he tweeted: “The Twitter Board is committed to concluding the acquisition on the price and terms agreed upon with Mr. Musk and will to pursue legal action to enforce the merger agreement.”
According to reports, Twitter will likely bring a lawsuit against Elon Musk next week after hiring a New York-based law firm.
