Tehsildar Pahalgam Mohammad Hussain JKAS was awarded Best Tehsildar for Meritorious Services in Public Affairs by the District Administration of Anantnag and Subdivisional Level Administration of Pahalgam. Tehsildar Pahalgam has taken a great lead in the digitization of land records under the DILRMP Programme. Tehsils Pahalgam and SALLAR are the district’s leaders, having completed 70% of the digitisation.
Further, the other significant assignments like Yatra and online delivery of revenue services by the said Tehsildar have had a significant impact in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the services.
The locals of Pahalgam have congratulated the Tehsildar concerned and hailed the encouragement by the government.
