Police on Wednesday said that they are conducting searches at Residence of three prominent advocates in Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district.
The Kashmir Police Zone tweeted, “Srinagar police conducting searches at residence of Adv Miyan Qayoom, Adv Manzoor Dar and Adv Muzzaffar Mohd in connection with further investigation of murder of Adv Babar Qadri, FIR No 62/2020 of PS Lal Bazar: ADGP Kashmir,”.
Its pertinent to mention that Prominent Srinagar-based lawyer Babar Qadri was shot dead on 24th September in 2020 by unidentified gunmen at Hawal area of the city.
Qadri, a resident of Srinagar’s Hawal area, had been practicing law in Jammu and Kashmir for more than a decade.
