Doda Administration Launches Online Grievances Redressal Monitoring System for Public Convenience

In a move aimed at enhancing public service delivery and ensuring transparency, Deputy Commissioner Vishesh Mahajan of Doda launched the Online Grievances Redressal Monitoring System today. The web portal, accessible at www.adhbutdoda.org, allows the residents of Doda district to lodge complaints in a hassle-free and transparent manner.

This new initiative, implemented under the ADBHUT Doda program, seeks to address the concerns and aspirations of the district’s public by providing them with an efficient, effective, and time-bound platform for grievances redressal. The system enables the public to submit their complaints online, which will then be forwarded to the relevant department heads for review on a weekly basis.

To ensure prompt action, complaints related to essential services will be redressed within 24 hours by the respective agencies responsible for their delivery. This expeditious approach aims to provide the public with quick resolutions to their grievances, ensuring their satisfaction.

The Online Grievances Redressal Monitoring System is part of the larger ADBHUT Doda initiative, which strives to provide quality services to the public in a transparent and prompt manner. By launching this platform, the district administration aims to make itself accessible to every individual in the district, regardless of their position or influence.

Deputy Commissioner Vishesh Mahajan has directed all officers under his jurisdiction to address public service-related issues received through any mode in a timely and prioritized manner. This directive emphasizes the administration’s commitment to efficient and accountable governance, where the needs of the public take precedence.
