The Department of Youth Services and Sports in Doda hosted a U-17 Girls Volleyball Divisional Level Inter-District Tournament at the Doda Sports Stadium. The event featured around 100 student players who showcased their skills on the volleyball court.
Throughout the tournament, participants displayed determination and a competitive spirit. In the third-place match, Udhampur defeated Reasi, securing the third spot.
The most exciting moment occurred in the finals, where Poonch faced Kathua. Poonch emerged as the winners, claiming the championship trophy. The District Youth Services and Sports Officer (DYSSO) of Doda presented trophies and certificates to the winning teams.
In his closing remarks, DYSSO Doda thanked the Youth Services department staff, coaches, and team managers for their contributions to the tournament’s success.
