The case, FIR No. 263/2022, was initially filed on December 27, 2022, at Police Station Doda under the relevant provisions of the NDPS Act. The primary suspects in this case were Imtiyaz Ahmed, Yasir Ahmed (also known as Thopa), and Irfan Khan. These individuals were apprehended by the police with a substance resembling heroin during a routine check/search at the Naka point Khellani Doda on the highway.
