Man dies reportedly due to cardiac arrest in Doda’s Thathri

In a heart-wrenching turn of events, the quiet neighborhood of Zea Abad, commonly known as Grid Station Thathri, was shaken by the sudden passing of Mushtaq Ahmed Khan (43). Mushtaq, originally from Chiralla, was a devoted husband and father, leaving behind his wife and a daughter in her twenties.

Mushtaq’s journey was marked by resilience and determination in the face of adversity. Two years ago, a debilitating accident shattered his leg, robbing him of his ability to continue his work as a mason, his primary means of providing for his family. Despite the setback, Mushtaq refused to succumb to despair.

Just a month ago, Mushtaq took a courageous step forward by establishing a modest chicken-selling kiosk to make ends meet. His unwavering dedication to his family was evident in every action he took, as he strived to ensure their well-being despite his own challenges.

Tragically, Mushtaq’s journey was cut short as he peacefully passed away in his sleep at his residence in Grid Station Thathri. His sudden departure has left his loved ones grappling with shock and grief, as they struggle to come to terms with the loss of a beloved husband, father, and friend.

The news of Mushtaq’s demise has been confirmed by grieving relatives to The Chenab Times, casting a somber cloud over the tight-knit community. Today, amidst tears and sorrow, friends and family will gather to bid their final farewell to Mushtaq Ahmed Khan. The funeral proceedings are scheduled to commence at 12 pm, with Mushtaq’s final resting place to be in his native Chiralla.
