Sheikh Nasir Hussain, Advocate, held a significant meeting with Chief Executive Officer of Waqf, Dr. Amir Hussain Zargar, during his recent visit to Kishtwar. The discussion addressed various crucial issues pertaining to the administration and management of Waqf properties and resources.

Sheikh Nasir emphasized the importance of adopting modern technologies and best practices to achieve this goal. Additionally, the proper maintenance and preservation of the “Tabarukaat” of Sufi saints, as well as the upkeep of Waqf properties, were highlighted as priority areas.

Another critical issue raised was the functioning and quality of education at the Islamia Faridia Institute. Sheikh Nasir called for measures to enhance the institute’s performance and educational standards.

Dr. Zargar also pledged that steps would be taken to improve the management and utilization of Waqf properties to better serve the community’s needs.
