DODA – Harvinder Singh, IAS, District Magistrate of Doda, has been conferred the prestigious Best Electoral Practices Award 2024 by the Hon’ble President of India. The recognition marks a milestone for the district and the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, positioning Doda as the only district from the region to be included among the top 10 nationwide for exemplary electoral practices.
The accolade was presented during the National Voters’ Day celebrations, which spotlighted exceptional contributions by state and district officials in the realm of election management.
