Doda, April 3 – The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has assigned additional responsibilities to Mr. Tasleem Javaid, Jr., Scale JKAS, Assistant Regional Transport Officer, Kishtwar, according to a government order, a copy of which was accessed by The Chenab Times. Effective immediately, Mr. Javaid will also hold the charge of Assistant Regional Transport Officer, Doda, alongside his current duties, until further notice.
The directive, detailed in Government Order No: 3D-JK(TR) of 2025, dated April 3, 2025, was issued in the interest of administrative efficiency. It follows Government Order No. 421-JK(GAD) of 2025, dated April 1, 2025, from the General Administration Department.
The decision aims to enhance operational continuity within the Transport Department, with Mr. Javaid’s expanded role expected to support administrative functions in the region. Further developments will be monitored as they arise.
