Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh stated that the song will be rendered as Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives at the venue. This will be followed by the customary flag hoisting ceremony and the playing of the national anthem, after which the Prime Minister is scheduled to deliver his address to the nation.
