Governor Kavinder Gupta attended the convocation ceremony of Bahra University in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, where he presented degrees to 577 graduating students.

During the ceremony, the Vice-Chancellor of Bahra University, R.P. Nanta, provided an overview of the university’s diverse activities and its notable achievements, further enriching the proceedings of the convocation.
