The selection process involves rigorous evaluation by a panel of experts who assess schools based on their performance data and achievements throughout the academic year.
Army Public Schools, a network of educational institutions established and managed by the Army Welfare Education Society, play a pivotal role in providing quality education to the wards of Indian Army personnel. These schools are spread across various military stations in India and adhere to a standardized curriculum and educational ethos. The AWES Excellence Awards serve as a platform to benchmark performance and drive continuous improvement within this extensive network, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation in education.
The awards ceremony in New Delhi also served as an important forum for networking and sharing best practices among educational leaders from different Army Public Schools.
